CVR Advanced Avatar Settings Pointer Whitelisted: Avatars

The legacy pointer used to drive advanced avatar settings triggers. In the current decompile this class is an empty subclass of CVR Pointer:

public class CVRAdvancedAvatarSettingsPointer : CVRPointer { }

Because it inherits from CVRPointer, all fields (type, value) and runtime behaviour are the same.
